XAMPP Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4

Problem

19:24:28  [Apache]  Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
19:24:28  [Apache]  You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
19:24:28  [Apache]  or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

Solution

Buka CMD lalu ketikan

net stop was /y

Setelah itu masuk Services dengan cara buka Run dialog box (press Win+R), ketikan: services.msc

Cari World Wide Web Publishing Service (WWW-Publishing Service) and Web Deployment Agent Service lalu stop.
Apache XAMPP bisa dijalankan lagi
